LGU Manay's Website

Monday, October 25, 2010

Just a quick info for all Manayans here in the Philippines and abroad, our very own municipality of Manay has acquired its space in the web with the URL: http://manay.gov.ph

Links available in LGU Manay's website are the following: General Information, Local Organization, Transparency, Sectoral Studies, Programs & Projects, Directory and Tourism.

I was amazed when i took a glean on its Tourism page. There a lot of beautiful sceneries Manay can offer to its constituents likewise to its visitors.

I would like to share the short background info taken from the website about the Tourism aspect of Manay:
It was notably observed, Manay is considered as one of the progressive town in the First District of Davao Oriental, with God given attractive and marvellous sceneries that allow everyone to take a glimpse and deep sense of awe. Dense jungle covers mountain peaks gently slope down to horizontal plains of planted coconut trees.  Freezing white water rush wildly down to subterranean rivers.  Calm blue seas can be angered to roaring waves in an instant, while crystalline stalactites are sculpted with infinite patience by unseen hands.  Nature at its best, the ocean, the lake, the falls, the cave, and much other wondrous potential make Manay more interesting and more captivating.  Everything is perfectly blends. Relaxation in the beach was the hobby of the Manayans and hospitable way of entertaining Visitors/Tourists and Balikbayans.
This website might seem new to web surfers, so it's time to let the world know that - "Manay is here!"
