Requirements for LRN Request

For students who don't have LRN (Learner Reference Number), you can request for the creation of your LRN through your adviser.

Write the needed information in a clean sheet of paper. Write legibly!

After completing the details above, submit the information to your adviser and the latter will forward your request to the authorized personnel or your school ICT coordinator.
