The students of Manay National High School took part on the cheerdance competition on October 25, 2013 at Manay Municipal Gymnasium and bagged the third place.

The MSMI also impressed the crowd with stunts. Then EMNVHS made the people stand with amazement in their unique lifting. Lastly, DPNHS left everyone in awe after their performance.

In the end, the EMNVHS was proclaimed the champion going home with P20, 000 while it was the MSMI who ranked 2nd with a prize of P15, 000. MNHS, being the rank 3 received P10, 000. DPNHS and OMNHS, on the other hand, being ranked as 4th and 5th accepted P5, 000 as consolation prize.

Being ranked as third this year challenged the students of Manay NHS to excel more, hoping that they will regain their championship title next year’s cheerdance competition.

Cheerdance competition is an annual event as part of the Founding Anniversary and Parochial Fiesta. The Municipality made an effort for the programs, activities, and contests.
