Chic horses attend San Ignacio parochial fiesta

The Davao City Horse Club was invited by Hon. Mayor Antero L. Dayanghirang Jr. on July 31, 2009 to give more merriment to the people of San Ignacio on their fiesta celebration.
The expensive horses owned by wealthy men commuted from Davao City to
San Ignacio. They arrived at Purok Magabong at 6:30 in the morning, dropped from their rides and paraded on the street of San Ignacio downtown to Purok Molina with the Barangay Officials headed by Hon. Rudy S. Rosa, the Brgy. Captain of San Ignacio and of course the father of the town himself.
Many people were entertained of what they saw. They said, "We thought these are only seen in movies, but they're real!". They were glad that our mayor gave them the opportunity to witness this kind of scene.
After a while, the horses rode on their trucks proceeding to Manay where they would take some rest before going back to Davao City.
