Requirements for enrolment:

• Birth Certificate
• Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Phil IRI (Reading Ability Assessment)

How to avail of the service?



Applicant/Client:

1.     Submit Birth Certificate for First Year Students, Forms 137, 138 and Certificate of Good Moral Character for transferees.


2. Undergo reading abilityassessment and placement test(for first year)

• Receive, assess, and evaluate Birth Certificates, forms and certification
• Conduct Reading Ability
• Assessment test
• Accept Students
